  I'm tardy in writing this review, as we had our turf installed in August of 2019. I'm of the type to do meticulous research before pulling the trigger on something. In the case of turf, the most important thing is of course the quality of the turf itself. After several months of research, ordering samples directly from manufacturers and pouring over technical details, my opinion was formed. In my view, Go Green is the best synthetic turf in the world. It just so happens that the only company in Austin that installs Go Green is Smarturf. While it is true that I found this company in reverse, I really lucked out. They were incredible throughout, from the pre-consults through today. Their pricing is very fair. They were extremely easy to work with and were willing to coordinate seamlessly with the other landscaping I had going on at the same time. I even had to move the install date on them a few times while the rest of the plan was lagging, and they were extremely flexible with me. They were able to complete my entire job in one day due in no small part to all of their advanced planning. A piece of the turf was damaged upon arrival, and they had it replaced within a week. Afterwards, they have been great in following up to make sure everything is still good. I cannot imagine using any other company or product for a turf project. I worked mostly with Stefan and Allison, and really enjoyed getting to know them. My advice: stop the research because I've done it all; go with Smarturf!

  We had Smarturf install grass in November 2018 and it was easily the BEST property update we have ever done to our home. We absolutely love our backyard now - basically added 1000 s/f of living space. We were so pleased with the installation process and the cost. It is worth every penny! This is a small, family owned business who takes care of their clients. We could not recommend them more!

  Stefan and his crew did a great job on our install (see first pic). They are very responsive to any maintenance requests. Just completed a freshen up and it still looks great two years later (see updated pics).

  We own a preschool, Lupine Lane, in Rough Hollow and since we opened were challenged with keeping grass growing in the heavy traffic areas. I spoke to Allison about an installation that would blend the smart turf with grassy areas. She devised a plan that fit our budget and blended the real turf with the smart turf. I was impressed with the workmanship of the installation team the time it took to complete the job and the results. I highly recommend the Smart Turf team.

  I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the outcome of our Smarturf installation. I think the photos almost speak for themselves. When we moved in our home, we installed real grass, which didn't take, likely due to shade and drainage issues. Since then, we've had an uninviting dirt pit of a backyard that we rarely used. With the new turf, it feels like a new home. The kids are so happy. We feel comfortable letting them play outside. While artificial turf is a fairly pricey endeavor no matter who you use, it's definitely worth every penny.

The overall process and dealing with Smarturf was very easy and pleasant. They were extremely patient with my indecision, and even accommodated my last minute change of mind, by sending for more turf the day of installation. The installers seemed very knowledgeable and experienced, giving me honest recommendations. We decided to use the shorter turf since we have a lot of debris that falls from our trees, which I definitely think was the right call. They also completed the entire project in one day, which is amazing! Couldn't be happier!

  We love our new turf- it made our backyard so much more live-able! Smarturf came in with a quote that was comparable to other highly-rated turf companies in Austin, but we chose them because they were quick, professional, and had some great options that look like REAL grass. I appreciated the friendliness of the team that worked on our project, but the follow up and attention to detail is what really earned the team 5 stars.
